IMPORTANT: Savozzzz does not cover any customs duties or taxes incurred when the package is sent. You are responsible for it yourself.

1. **Shipping Times**: 
   - Packages are shipped weekly.
   - Within Switzerland, packages typically arrive within 1-3 business days. 
   - For international orders, delivery times vary between 10-23 business days.
   - Please note that due to high order volumes, there may be occasional delays, and delivery times may exceed one week.

2. **Shipping Costs**:
   - Shipping costs are included with the product price, so you won't incur any additional charges.

3. At Savozy, every piece is produced in limited quantities and handled by a small independent brand. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds simply because you do not like the product, changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size.

We only accept returns or refunds if the item arrives damaged or defective.

To request assistance for a damaged item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the damaged product
* Photos of the packaging if applicable

Items that show signs of wear, use, or intentional damage are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

* Shipping costs are non-refundable
* We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout
* Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees if applicable
